Incoterms 2000
Incoterms are the standard trade definitions and terms of delivery worldwide set by the International Chamber of Commerce.
In accordance with the rest of the forwarding business, Trust forwarding follows the terms and regulations set forward by the International Chamber of Commerce.
NSAB 2000
NSAB 2000 is the Nordic regulations used by the freight business, which regulates the relationship between forwarder and shipper. It also defines the rights, responsibility and obligations of the parties.
The agreement has been manifested through negotiations and by agreement between Nordic Freight Forwarders Association and Nordic Transport Organizations.
